Unfortunately, we\u2019re not as equipped for making the goals come true, and the pattern most of us have seen is that we start a goal with optimism, only to be disappointed when we haven\u2019t done much after the first week or so.<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4fe1\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e48\u4e00\u4e2a\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u5730\u4e0b\u51b3\u5fc3\u3001\u5236\u5b9a\u65b0\u76ee\u6807\u50cf\u662f\u6839\u690d\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u9aa8\u5b50\u91cc\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u76f4\u8fd9\u4e48\u91cd\u590d\u5730\u505a\uff0c\u4ece\u672a\u505c\u8fc7\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u751f\u6765\u5e76\u4e0d\u64c5\u957f\u5b9e\u73b0\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u5230\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u662f\u2014\u2014\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u4e50\u89c2\u5730\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u4e00\u4e24\u4e2a\u661f\u671f\u540e\u53d1\u73b0\u6ca1\u505a\u51fa\u4ec0\u4e48\u6765\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u5f88\u5931\u671b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d like to suggest that you try creating rules that will make your goals happen.<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5efa\u8bae\u4f60\u5f97\u8bd5\u8bd5\u5236\u5b9a\u4e00\u4e9b\u80fd\u8ba9\u4f60\u5b9e\u73b0\u76ee\u6807\u7684<strong>\u539f\u5219<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>A rule in this case is an action you do after a specific event happens, as consistently as you can, which will lead to your goal happening.<\/p>\n<p>\u539f\u5219\u662f\u8ba9\u4f60\u5728\u505a\u5b8c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u4f53\u4e8b\u52a1\u540e\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5730\u8ba9\u4f60\u6301\u7eed\u5730\u6267\u884c\u65b0\u4e8b\u9879\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u8fbe\u6210\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Some examples for different goals:<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e3e\u51e0\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6817\u5b50\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Write a book: When I turn on my computer, I will shut off the browser and all other programs but my text editor, and write for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u5199\u4e66\uff1a\u7528\u7535\u8111\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u53ea\u6253\u5f00\u6587\u672c\u7f16\u8f91\u5668\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u4f1a\u5173\u6389\u6d4f\u89c8\u5668\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6240\u6709\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u6301\u7eed\u519920\u5206\u949f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Learn Spanish: When I drive to and from work, I will listen to my Spanish tapes and practice.<\/p>\n<p>\u5b66\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u8bed\uff1a\u5f00\u8f66\u4e0a\u73ed\u7684\u8def\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4f1a\u542c\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u8bed\u7684\u78c1\u5e26\u5e76\u8ddf\u7740\u7ec3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Read more: When it\u2019s 9:30 p.m., I turn off the computer, get ready for bed, and read my book.<\/p>\n<p>\u770b\u4e66\uff1a\u4e00\u5230\u665a\u4e0a9\u70b9\u534a\uff0c\u5c31\u5173\u4e0a\u7535\u8111\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e8a\uff0c\u8bfb\u4e66\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Run a marathon: When my alarm goes off at 6 a.m., go out and do my run for today. Or stretch if it\u2019s a rest day.<\/p>\n<p>\u8dd1\u9a6c\u62c9\u677e\uff1a\u65e9\u4e0a6\u70b9\u95f9\u949f\u4e00\u53eb\uff0c\u5c31\u7acb\u9a6c\u51fa\u95e8\u8dd1\u6b65\uff0c\u5f53\u7136\u4f11\u606f\u65e5\u9664\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lose weight: 1) When it\u2019s breakfast, eat oats, cinnamon and berries. 2) When it\u2019s lunch or dinner, eat black beans, brown rice, veggies, salsa and guacamole. 3) If I\u2019m hungry in between, eat apples, carrots, or plain nuts. 4) Drink only tea or water, except a cup of coffee to start the day.<\/p>\n<p>\u51cf\u80a5\uff1a1\uff09\u65e9\u9910\uff0c\u5403\u71d5\u9ea6\uff0c\u6842\u76ae\u7c89\uff0c\u6d46\u679c\u30022\uff09\u5348\u996d\u3001\u665a\u996d\u5403\u9ed1\u8c46\u3001\u7cef\u7c73\u996d\u3001\u852c\u83dc\u3001\u756a\u8304\u9171\u3001\u725b\u6cb9\u679c\u20263\uff09\u5e73\u65f6\u997f\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u5c31\u5403\u82f9\u679c\u3001\u841d\u535c\u6216\u575a\u679c\u30024\uff09\u5e73\u65f6\u53ea\u559d\u8336\uff0c\u767d\u5f00\u6c34\uff0c\u5f53\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u559d\u5496\u5561\u6765\u5f00\u542f\u65b0\u7684\u4e00\u5929\u3002\uff08\u54b1\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u5ffd\u89c6\u4ee5\u4e0a\u98df\u7269\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Be more mindful: When I wake up, I pee, drink a glass of water, then meditate for five minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u57f9\u517b\u6b63\u5ff5(\u4e13\u6ce8\u529b)\uff1a\u8d77\u5e8a\uff0c\u5c3f\u5c3f\uff0c\u559d\u676f\u6c34\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u51a5\u60f3\u4e94\u5206\u949f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>None of these rules will get you all the way to the goal, but they\u2019ll get you much farther than you are now.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u539f\u5219\u201d\u8fd9\u4e1c\u897f\u4e0d\u80fd\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4f60\u5b9e\u73b0\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u80fd\u8ba9\u4f60\u8d70\u5f97\u66f4\u8fdc\uff0c\u603b\u6bd4\u6ca1\u6709\u5b83\u8981\u5f3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Implementing the Rules<br \/>\n\u5173\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65bd\u8fd9\u4e9b\u539f\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Of course, a rule is great in theory, but much harder to put into practice. So I\u2019d like to make a few suggestions:<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u539f\u5219\u7406\u8bba\u4e0a\u5f88\u7f8e\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u5b9e\u9645\u5b9e\u884c\u8d77\u6765\u96be\u5f97\u591a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Implement one at a time. When you\u2019ve done one for a week or two, then implement another, but never have too many going at once. I\u2019ve found that five fairly new ones are my max.<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u6b21\u53ea\u6267\u884c\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u539f\u5219\uff1a\u5f53\u4f60\u4e00\u4e24\u661f\u671f\u540e\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a\u4e00\u4e2a\u539f\u5219\u6267\u884c\u597d\u65f6\uff0c\u518d\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5343\u4e07\u522b\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u6267\u884c\u592a\u591a\uff0c\u53cd\u6b63\u6211\u53d1\u73b0\u6211\u81ea\u5df1\u9876\u591a\u80fd\u540c\u65f6\u6267\u884c5\u4e2a\u65b0\u539f\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Make each one small (5-20 minutes for something hard, up to 30 minutes for something easy).<\/p>\n<p>\u628a\u539f\u5219\u5b9a\u5c0f\uff0c\u5b9a\u8be6\u7ec6\uff08\u56f0\u96be\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u5c31\u5b9a\u6210\u53ea\u505a5-20\u5206\u949f\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u7684\u4e8b\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9a\u6210\u505a30\u5206\u949f\uff09<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t expect perfection \u2014 allow yourself to mess up, but try to do better.<\/p>\n<p>\u522b\u6307\u671b\u5b8c\u7f8e\u2014\u2014\u5141\u8bb8\u81ea\u5df1\u641e\u7838\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u8981\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u505a\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>If you keep messing up, set up some accountability, or change your environment so it\u2019s easier to implement.<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u4e0d\u65ad\u641e\u7838\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u5efa\u7acb\u4e2a\u8d23\u4efb\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u81ea\u6211\u60e9\u7f5a\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4f60\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c1d\u8bd5\u6362\u6362\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u8ba9\u201c\u539f\u5219\u201d\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t start with food rules. Food is the hardest, because we\u2019re not really aware of all the things going on, like emotional eating or parts of our brain sending hormones to make us really hungry. When you do food rules, do one at a time, and try to change your environment so that there aren\u2019t tempting foods all around you. If you can\u2019t get rid of the foods, don\u2019t go where they are very often.<\/p>\n<p>\u522b\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u5c31\u6267\u884c\u5173\u4e8e\u201c\u5403\u7684\u539f\u5219\u201d\uff0c\u5403\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u662f\u6700\u96be\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u4f1a\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u662f\u4e2a\u600e\u6837\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u53ea\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u60c5\u7eea\u800c\u51b2\u52a8\u996e\u98df\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u53ea\u662f\u5927\u8111\u91ca\u653e\u4e86\u70b9\u6fc0\u7d20\u8ba9\u4f60\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u9965\u997f\u3002\u5f53\u4f60\u6267\u884c\u5403\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u539f\u5219\u65f6\uff0c\u4e00\u6b21\u53ea\u6267\u884c\u4e00\u5c0f\u4e2a\u65b0\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5e76\u5c1d\u8bd5\u6539\u53d8\u4e0b\u4f60\u8eab\u5904\u7684\u73af\u5883\u5427\uff0c\u522b\u5446\u5728\u90a3\u79cd\u5230\u5904\u90fd\u662f\u7f8e\u98df\u8bf1\u60d1\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u9003\u8131\u4e0d\u4e86\u98df\u7269\u7684\u8bf1\u60d1\uff0c\u5c31\u522b\u7ecf\u5e38\u53bb\u6709\u597d\u5403\u7684\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness rules are the best to start with, because they make following the other rules easier.<\/p>\n<p>\u57f9\u517b\uff08\u6b63\u5ff5\uff09\u4e13\u6ce8\u529b\u7684\u539f\u5219\u662f\u6700\u9002\u5408\u6700\u5148\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4f60\u6267\u884c\u5176\u4ed6\u539f\u5219\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Set computer or phone reminders, or put up visual reminders like notes wherever the rule is supposed to happen.<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7535\u8111\u6216\u624b\u673a\u4e0a\u8bbe\u7f6e\u63d0\u9192\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8d34\u70b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u7684\u63d0\u793a\u4fbf\u7b7e\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u4f60\u8981\u6267\u884c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u539f\u5219\u65f6\u968f\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u5b83\u3002<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll find is that the rules need adjusting as you figure out what works for you and what doesn\u2019t. You\u2019ll find that you forget at first \u2014 in which case you should set reminders. You\u2019ll find that some rules really need a change in environment, others might need accountability. What you\u2019ll learn is that this is an incredible learning process, as you start to understand how you work best.<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u4f60\u6267\u884c\u540e\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u53d1\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u539f\u5219\u662f\u9700\u8981\u8c03\u6574\u7684\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u6162\u6162\u77e5\u9053\u4ec0\u4e48\u6837\u7684\u539f\u5219\u662f\u9002\u5408\u4f60\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\uff0c\u4ec0\u4e48\u6837\u7684\u53c8\u4e0d\u9002\u5408\u3002\u4f60\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u4e5f\u8bb8\u4f1a\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u5fd8\u8bb0\u81ea\u5df1\u6709\u8fd9\u4e48\u4e2a\u539f\u5219\u4e86\u2014\u2014\u6240\u4ee5\u8bf4\u8fd8\u662f\u8bbe\u4e2a\u63d0\u9192\u597d\u3002\u4f60\u4f1a\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6709\u7684\u539f\u5219\u4e5f\u8bb8\u9700\u8981\u8eab\u5904\u73af\u5883\u7684\u6539\u53d8\uff0c\u6709\u7684\u9700\u8981\u6709\u8ba9\u81ea\u5df1\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\u673a\u5236\u3002\u4f60\u4f1a\u4e86\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u662f\u4e2a\u4e0d\u53ef\u601d\u8bae\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u8fdb\u7a0b\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f60\u5f00\u59cb\u4f1a\u61c2\u5f97\u600e\u6837\u53ef\u4ee5\u6700\u597d\u5730\u505a\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Rules are small steps that add up to huge changes over time, and they\u2019re ones that you\u2019ll actually make happen.
